PDG Design were appointed to design two exceptional new homes set within the Green Belt in Marlow. From the outset, our brief was to create high-quality, contemporary residences that respond sensitively to their protected setting while maximising the site’s unique potential.

Carefully considered materiality ensures the architecture sits comfortably within its surroundings, drawing on a palette that reflects the character of the area. Each home has been strategically orientated to capture expansive northern views across the landscape, creating a strong visual connection between interior spaces and the natural environment beyond.

The result is a pair of refined, contextually responsive homes that balance modern design with rural sensitivity — delivering both architectural quality and a deep respect for place.
